Story behind this kural
In a village nestled beside a fertile valley, lived a prosperous farmer named Arul. He toiled tirelessly, his fields yielding bountiful harvests. His granaries overflowed, yet Arul remained humble. One harsh winter, a severe famine struck. The villagers, their own stores depleted, struggled to survive. Many went hungry, their children’s faces etched with worry. Arul, witnessing their plight, opened his granaries. He shared his grain generously, ensuring every family had enough to eat. He also helped the elderly and infirm, providing them with warmth and care. Some villagers questioned his actions, wondering why he gave so much away. Arul simply smiled, watching the village slowly regain its strength. When spring arrived, the valley bloomed anew, and the villagers, nourished and resilient, helped Arul replant his fields. They worked together, stronger than before, their hearts filled with gratitude. Arul’s harvest that year was the greatest he had ever seen.
