Explanation
God is described poetically as one who resides in the lotus of the pure heart - He walks so lightly that even a flower is not crushed. Those who take refuge at such divine feet will enjoy a prosperous and enduring life.

Story behind this kural
In a village nestled beside a serene lake lived two farmers, Arun and Bala. Arun was known for his harsh words and greed. He hoarded his harvest, always fearing scarcity, and grumbled at the smallest inconvenience. His fields, though fertile, seemed to yield little joy. Bala, on the other hand, was generous and kind. He shared his harvest, helping those in need. He found beauty in the rising sun and the gentle rain. His heart, like a blooming lotus, welcomed all. Though his fields were no more bountiful, his life overflowed with contentment. One year, a terrible drought struck. Arun’s granaries, packed with grain, offered him no peace. He was consumed by worry. Bala, however, shared his last remaining seeds, trusting in the unseen forces. When the rains finally arrived, Bala's fields flourished, his heart overflowing with gratitude. Arun, still consumed by fear, watched as his stored grain rotted away.
