Story behind this kural
In a village nestled beside a whispering river, lived Elara and her husband, Kumar. Kumar was a farmer, and Elara managed their humble home. Every morning, she rose before the sun, tending the small garden, preparing nourishing meals, and ensuring their home was a sanctuary of peace. One year, a terrible drought struck. Fields withered, and despair settled over the village. Many families struggled. Kumar, disheartened, lost his temper easily. But Elara remained steadfast. She rationed their meager supplies, offered words of comfort, and worked tirelessly, her gentle spirit a beacon in the darkness. When the rains finally returned, Kumar’s crops flourished. He attributed their good fortune to his hard work, but the villagers knew better. They saw the unwavering love and care Elara poured into her home and family. They whispered that her virtue had blessed them all. The house felt like a temple, and the couple were revered.
