Story behind this kural

In a small village nestled beside a whispering forest, lived two merchants, both vying for the most prosperous trade route. One, a shrewd man named Arun, studied his rival, Bala. He learned Bala craved the lucrative spice trade from the East, a desire whispered throughout the village. Arun, knowing this, subtly spread rumors of treacherous mountain passes and fierce bandits along that very route. He then quietly invested in sturdy, well-guarded caravans, advertising safe passage to the West, a route less desirable to Bala. Bala, obsessed with the spices, dismissed the warnings, focusing on the East. His caravans, ill-prepared, suffered losses. Arun, meanwhile, flourished, his safe routes attracting all the trade. Soon, Arun controlled the flow of goods, his wealth growing like a bountiful harvest. Bala, weakened and outmaneuvered, watched his ambitions crumble.
