Story behind this kural
In a small village nestled beside a vast desert, a drought withered the land. The villagers despaired, their crops failing, their wells dry. The King announced a reward for anyone who could bring water. Many tried, but the desert was unforgiving, and they returned empty-handed. Then came Elara, a humble farmer. He announced he would build a canal to divert water from a distant, hidden spring. The villagers scoffed; the task was impossible. Yet, Elara, unfazed, began. He studied the land, marked the course, and worked tirelessly, day and night. He gathered the strongest, wisest villagers to help, valuing their skills. Months passed. The villagers saw little progress, yet Elara persisted. Finally, a trickle of water appeared, then a stream, and at last, a flowing river. The canal was complete. The desert bloomed again. Elara, though exhausted, was celebrated. He had done what others deemed impossible, not through magic, but through unwavering effort and wise action.
