  • Tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Coconut (grated)
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Fennel seeds
  • Dry red chilies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

    Grind coconut, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and dry red chilies into a smooth paste with water.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

    Add curry leaves and small onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
