Explanation
Great ambition requires great patience. Those with world-conquering goals do not act rashly but wait calmly for favorable conditions. Impatience is the enemy of grand achievement.

Story behind this kural
In a small village nestled beside a vast forest, lived two woodcutters, Arun and Bala. Arun was strong and quick, always eager to fell the mightiest trees. He’d rush into the forest at dawn, swinging his axe with furious energy, hoping to gather a large pile of wood each day. Bala, however, was more deliberate. He’d spend his mornings sharpening his axe, studying the forest, and observing the weather. One day, a great storm raged. Arun, driven by his usual haste, tried to chop a large oak. The wind howled, the tree swayed precariously, and Arun was forced to retreat, empty-handed and frustrated. Bala, anticipating the storm's fury, had stayed home. The next day, after the storm passed, Bala found many fallen branches. Working calmly and steadily, he gathered a plentiful supply of wood with ease. Arun, watching him, finally understood the value of patience and foresight.
