Listen
Explanation
Clear delegation formula: identify the specific task (இதனை), the specific method (இதனால்), and the specific person capable of it (இவன்). Then assign with confidence. Precision in delegation leads to success.

Story behind this kural
In a small village nestled beside a vibrant river, a wise elder named Kumar observed his community. The villagers needed a new bridge. Some wanted the carpenter to build it, while others favored the mason. Kumar, however, knew both men well. He watched the carpenter meticulously shape wood, understanding its grain. He saw the mason expertly place stones, judging their strength. Kumar decided. "The carpenter," he announced, "will design the bridge's framework, for he understands wood. The mason will build the pillars, as he knows the stone's endurance." He then delegated. "Carpenter, build the frame. Mason, construct the pillars." He stepped back, trusting their skills. Each man, empowered, excelled. The carpenter’s frame rose, strong and graceful. The mason’s pillars stood firm against the river's flow. Soon, a magnificent bridge spanned the river, a testament to Kumar’s thoughtful choices. The village thrived, connected and strong.
