Explanation
This kural traces a beautiful progression: love creates deep emotional attachment (ஆர்வம்), and that attachment naturally develops into friendship (நண்பு). True friendship, born from love, is described as an immeasurable treasure. Love is thus the seed from which all meaningful relationships grow.

Story behind this kural
In a village nestled beside a whispering forest, lived a young potter named Arun. He poured his heart into his craft, shaping clay into graceful vessels. One day, a traveling merchant, Maya, admired his work, especially a small, intricately carved bird. Arun, touched by her genuine appreciation, gifted it to her. Maya, in turn, began to visit Arun's workshop often. They'd spend hours discussing art, life, and the changing seasons. Arun found himself eager for her company, sharing his dreams and vulnerabilities. Maya, too, felt a deep connection, a warmth in her heart she hadn't known before. Their shared passion for beauty blossomed into a strong bond. They helped each other, celebrated successes, and offered comfort during hardships. Their friendship grew, unaffected by distance or time. Villagers noticed their unique companionship, a beacon of kindness and understanding. It was a friendship that surpassed mere acquaintance, a treasure more valuable than any gem.
