Story behind this kural
In the village of Eldoria, lived two farmers, Theron and Silas. Theron, known for his hearty appetite, ate whatever he craved, whenever he wished. He’d gorge on sweet fruits after heavy stews and wash it all down with a tankard of ale. Silas, however, was more mindful. He ate simple, balanced meals, always stopping before feeling overly full. One harvest season, a strange illness swept through Eldoria. Many villagers fell ill, suffering stomach aches and fevers. Theron, despite his robust frame, was among the first to succumb. He groaned in bed, unable to keep down even water. Silas, on the other hand, remained strong, tending his fields and helping others. The village healer visited both men. He prescribed simple broths and advised Theron to eat less and to be mindful of what he consumed. He reminded Silas to continue his balanced diet. Slowly, Theron recovered, but he never regained his former reckless eating habits. Silas continued to thrive, his health a testament to his careful ways.
