அமைதி அமைதி மன அமைதி அகத்தினுள் வேண்டும் அமைதி சமைத்திடு நெஞ்சில் அமைதி சாந்தமே வாழ்வின் சிறப்பே புயல் போல் மனம் ஆடாதே புத்தி தடுமாறாதே கயல் போல் விழி அசையாதே கலக்கம் இல்லா நிலை வேண்டும் ஆற்றின் நீர் போல் ஓடு ஆனாலும் ஆழம் காத்திடு காற்றின் இசை போல் பேசு கடுமை இல்லா வார்த்தை சொல் சிந்தனையில் தெளிவு கொள் சீற்றம் விட்டொழி மனமே வந்ததை ஏற்றுக் கொள் வாழ்க்கை என்றும் சமநிலையே அமைதி கொண்டால் வெற்றி உண்டு அறிவு தெளிவாகும் உள்ளே சுமை குறையும் வாழ்க்கையில் சுகமே நிலைக்கும் என்றென்றும்

English Translation
Peace, peace, mental peace Peace is needed within Create peace in your heart Calmness is the glory of life Let not the mind sway like a storm Let not the intellect waver Let not the eyes move like a fish A state without confusion is needed Flow like river water But maintain depth Speak like the music of wind Say words without harshness Have clarity in thought Abandon rage, O mind Accept what comes Life is always about balance With peace comes victory Wisdom becomes clear within The burden in life reduces Happiness remains forever
