பாரத மாதா நமஸ்தே பாவனை செய்வோம் உன் பாதம் வீரர்கள் ஈன்ற தாயே வேதங்கள் அருளிய தேவி பச்சை மலைகளும் பொன்னிறக் காடுகளும் பார் முழுதும் புகழ் சேர்க்கும் இச்சையில் வளரும் இனிய நதிகளும் இவையெல்லாம் உன் அழகு கோடி மக்கள் உன் மடியிலே குழந்தைகளாய் வாழ்கின்றோம் நாடி வந்தோம் உன் அருள் வேண்டி நற்றாயே எம்மை ஆள்வாய் ஞானமும் தர்மமும் நீயே நாணயம் பொறுமையும் நீயே மானமும் மறமும் நீயே மாதா நின் புகழ் பாடுவோம்

English Translation
Mother India, salutations to you We shall worship at your feet O Mother who gave birth to heroes O Goddess who bestowed the Vedas Green mountains and golden forests That bring fame throughout the world Sweet rivers that grow in abundance All these are your beauty Crores of people in your lap We live as your children We came seeking your grace O good mother, please rule over us Wisdom and righteousness are you Honesty and patience are you Honor and valor are you O Mother, we sing your praise
