- Wheat Milk (Extracted from Soaked Wheat)
- Sugar
- Ghee
- Cashews
- Cardamom Powder
- Edible Camphor (optional)

Soak wheat grains for 8-10 hours, then grind and extract the milk (wheat milk).

In a heavy-bottomed pan, combine wheat milk and sugar.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

As the mixture thickens, gradually add ghee, a little at a time, stirring continuously.

Continue cooking and stirring until the halwa turns translucent and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Add cardamom powder and cashews.

Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add a pinch of edible camphor (optional).
