Listen
Explanation
Plans succeed as envisioned (எண்ணிய எண்ணியாங்கு எய்துப) when the planner is திண்ணியர் (firm/resolute). Vision plus determination equals achievement.

Story behind this kural
In a village nestled beside a great mountain, lived a potter named Kumar. He dreamt of crafting a vase so magnificent, it would adorn the King’s palace. Many villagers scoffed, for Kumar’s hands were clumsy, his clay often cracked. He began, undeterred. Days turned into weeks. The clay resisted, the wheel wobbled, failures mounted. Disheartened, Kumar’s neighbors advised him to quit. But Kumar, remembering his vision, pressed on. He studied the clay, learned its moods, and refined his technique. He practiced until his fingers ached and his eyes blurred. Finally, after months of toil, a vase emerged – graceful, strong, and shimmering with an inner light. It was a masterpiece. The King, seeing the vase, was delighted. Kumar’s name echoed through the kingdom, a testament to the power of unwavering resolve.
