Story behind this kural

In the valley of Aravind, a prosperous village thrived. A wide river, fed by mountain springs, flowed through its heart, providing water for all. The villagers enjoyed good health, their farms yielded bountiful harvests, and skilled artisans created beautiful crafts, bringing wealth to the community. They had a strong army, always vigilant, protecting the valley from harm. One harsh summer, the river dwindled. The crops withered, and sickness spread. The villagers, though resourceful, struggled. The artisans found fewer buyers, and the army was forced to divert its efforts to search for water. In a neighboring valley, a smaller river flowed, but the villagers there had built many wells and irrigation systems. When their river became smaller, their crops still flourished. They shared their surplus with the people of Aravind. Slowly, Aravind recovered, learning the importance of not just a flowing river, but also the methods to maintain their wealth.
