Story behind this kural

In a village nestled beside a whispering river, lived three brothers: Arun, Bala, and Chitra. Arun loved the thrill of dice, always seeking fortune in a roll. Bala was drawn to the lively gambling den, chasing fleeting wins. Chitra, skilled in games of chance, believed in his winning hand. Initially, luck favored them. Arun built a grand house. Bala reveled in feasts and fine clothes. Chitra amassed a small fortune. But their fortunes turned. Arun's house crumbled, sold to cover his losses. Bala's revelry ended; he was left with empty pockets and broken promises. Chitra, confident in his skills, gambled away his savings, then his possessions, and finally, even his small farm. One day, the brothers met by the river, each with nothing. The river flowed on, indifferent to their plight. They looked at each other, understanding dawning in their eyes. The village, once a place of their dreams, now felt distant and unwelcoming.
