புரட்சிக் கவிதை பாடுவேன் - நான் புதுமைக் கருத்துக்கள் கூறுவேன் திரட்சி வளர்த்திடும் சாதியை - நான் தீயில் எறிந்திடச் சொல்லுவேன் மறுமலர்ச்சி வேண்டும் என்றே - நான் மக்களை எழுப்பிடப் போகிறேன் புதுமலர்ச்சி காணும் நாளில் - நல்ல புத்துலகம் காணலாம் நாளும் அறிவை வளர்த்திடுவோம் - நாம் அடிமைத் தனத்தை அழித்திடுவோம் நெறியை மறந்திடாமல் - நாம் நிமிர்ந்து நடந்திடுவோம் நாளும்

Puratchi kavithai paaduvēn - naan Pudhumaik karuththukkal kooruvēn Thiratchi valarthidum saadhiyai - naan Theeyil erinthida solluvēn Marumalarchchi vēndum endrē - naan Makkalai ezhuppida pōgirēn Pudhumalarchchi kaanum naalil - nalla Puththulagam kaanalaam naalum Arivai valarthiduvōm - naam Adimai thanaththai azhiththiduvōm Neriyai marandhidaamal - naam Nimirndhu nadandhiduvōm naalum
English Translation
I will sing revolutionary poetry - I Will speak new ideas The caste that breeds discrimination - I Will tell to throw into fire I need renaissance - I Am going to awaken the people On the day we see new bloom - good New world we can see daily Let us grow wisdom - we Let us destroy slavery Without forgetting righteousness - we Let us walk with head held high daily
