- 500g Prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
